After my demise

I was but a speck of sand

Temporarily gracing the earth with my presence

But my time came

As it does

And I am now no more

Know that during these last few years

I enjoyed my life

Some may have called me a hermit

But those that did

Do not know the relief that comes with solitude

I read wholeheartedly

I danced wholeheartedly

I drew wholeheartedly

I got the chance to enjoy my life

Though plagued by constant pain and dread

Those few moments of happiness in between were more than enough
